Information we process
ReachlyPro may process account details such as your name and email address; project and reviewer information you provide; creative files and versions you upload; comments, checklist responses and approval decisions; and limited technical or usage information needed to secure and improve the service.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the review and approval workflow, authenticate users and reviewers, deliver transactional emails and reminders, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and understand how the product is used during the pilot.
Service providers
ReachlyPro relies on infrastructure and service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database/authentication/storage and Resend for transactional email. Optional AI features, when enabled by the workspace owner, may use OpenAI to generate the requested analysis. We do not sell user data to advertisers.
Creative files and review content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. ReachlyPro processes it only as needed to provide the service and features you choose to use. Private review URLs are designed not to be indexed by search engines.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security and meet legitimate operational requirements. If you want to request deletion of your account or project data, contact us at hello@reachlypro.in.
Founding pilot
ReachlyPro is currently in an early pilot stage. We may update this policy as the product, subprocessors and commercial offering evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
