The service
ReachlyPro provides tools for sharing work, collecting feedback, managing versions and recording operational approval decisions. It is not a substitute for regulated electronic-signature, legal, compliance or industry-specific approval systems where those are required.
Your account and content
You are responsible for information and content submitted through your workspace and for having the right to share it with invited reviewers. You retain ownership of your content. You give ReachlyPro the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use ReachlyPro to upload unlawful material, abuse review links, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or infringe another person’s rights.
Founding pilot availability
The pilot is provided while the product is actively evolving. Features may change, improve or occasionally be unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable, but the pilot is provided without a guaranteed service level.
Approvals
ReachlyPro records the reviewer actions submitted through the product. Workspace owners remain responsible for deciding whether those records meet their own contractual, legal or compliance requirements.
Future pricing
The founding pilot is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, existing pilot users will receive notice before any paid subscription is required. Pilot access will not silently convert into a paid subscription.
